Did you know that the sending of greeting cards is a tradition that dates back over 200 years? Hard to believe but quite true. Today the greeting card is a quite popular way to let people know you care abot them.
The greeting card industry itself has created holidays we never thought about in an effort to have people send out more cards. Years ago, I never heard of secretary's day, grandparents day, and all the newly invented holidays.
Today this industry grosses billions of dollars per year and millions of cards are sent out year after year. Feelings play a big part in that, as we reach out and touch someone. How about you? When was the last time you sent a greeting card to someone you cared about?
